Ordering

We normally hold sufficient stocks of listed items to cope with varying demands but cannot always guarantee that every item shown and listed is permanently in stock.
In the event that we send you an incomplete order, due to some items being out of stock, should you not want to wait for re-stocking and wish to source the out of stock items elsewhere, we will credit your payment card to the value of said items and take them off back-order.

Returns policy.

Any returned goods (faulty or otherwise) must reach us within 7 days and must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition.  Goods not in this condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returned goods which have been sent as ordered will incur a 15% re-stocking fee and any refund will not include ours or the returning postage costs.

All our listed prices include VAT @ 17.5% except on exempt items.

Any orders received before mid-day should be despatched on the same day via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and should be received the next working day but next working day delivery is not guaranteed.
